We produce 500kg/h – 20.000 kg/h fire smoke tube three-pass industrial steam boilers. The operating pressure of steam boilers is determined according to customer needs between 0.5 bar and 20 bar. No compromises are made for the steam boilers we manufacture in terms of the raw material quality and workmanship. The manufacturing projects of our steam boilers were checked and approved by Türk Loydu or TÜVSÜD companies. Raw material control is performed prior to the production of steam boilers and manufacturing is initiated after receiving approval. After the NDT (X-Ray) of the weldings are made and the report is prepared, the pressure test and measure and dimension controls of the steam boiler are performed accompanied by the 3rd party. Other material certifications, heat treatment reports and test certificates required to be included in the technical file of the product are presented to the customer together with the CE certificate from the 3rd party. This procedure is applied to all steam boilers manufactured in EROĞLU ISI A.Ş. Steam boilers sold in our company are designed as package boilers.
