There is a great need for high heat energy in the rapidly developing industry.
As is known, the steam used in heating systems is limited to superheated steam temperatures and hot water freezing point, and high steam pressures.
To give an example, while the steam pressure is 5 bar at 150°C, it reaches 86 bar at 300°C.
In thermal oil boilers, temperatures such as 300°C are reached at very low pressures and with much less control equipment.
The thermal oil boiler is manufactured in the radiation type, with spiral pipe, and from drawn seamless steel pipe wrapped with single, double, or three-way pitch according to the capacity and rate values.
